Thank you, RE/MAX Miracle Agents and Offices!

A cornerstone value among RE/MAX agents is giving back to the communities in which they live and work. For many, a key component of this is regularly supporting Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals.

Since 1992, RE/MAX Associates have donated nearly $200 million to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which raises funds for 170 children’s hospitals that support the health of 10 million kids each year across the U.S. and Canada.

What is the Miracle Home and Miracle Property Program?

When RE/MAX agents designate a listing as a “Miracle Home” or “Miracle Property,” it means they will make a donation – on behalf of their client – to CMN Hospitals when the transaction closes. The Miracle Home designation is for residential transactions and the Miracle Property designation is for commercial transactions.

Participating agents involved make a recommended minimum $30 contribution each time they close a transaction and send an Honor Card to their clients letting them know the donation has been made on their behalf. All contributions are made and managed through the RE/MAX Miracle System.

When an agent makes a donation to CMN Hospitals, the money stays local, benefitting the CMN member hospital in their area. Here in Hampton Roads, the Miracle Home and Miracle Property Program benefits Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD), our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

Individuals who donate $500 or more in a calendar year through the Miracle System receive the special recognition of being a Miracle Agent. Plus, any office that collectively contributes $2,000 or more across all affiliates in a calendar year becomes a Miracle Office.

We are thrilled to recognize the following agents and offices that reached Miracle Status in 2023. Each dollar contributed helps to ensure CHKD can provide Health, Healing and Hope for all children. Thank you for your continued support and being part of every miracle that happens at CHKD!
